AT THAT POINT, PHASE 7 WILL HAVE ESSENTIALLY HOUSE PADS THAT ARE BUILT AND DITCHES THAT ARE BUILT THAT WILL THEN BE GRASS-LINED.
THAT WILL BE GRASS-LINED AND MAINTAINED AND MOWED FOR A YEAR OR TWO BEFORE THAT GOES BACK UNDER CONSTRUCTION.
WE NEED EVERY YARD OF DIRT OUT HERE TO BALANCE THE SITE.
USUALLY WHAT HAPPENS IS IF SOME SEDIMENT GETS BUILT UP IN ONE OF THE TEMPORARY SEDIMENT PONDS OR SILT FENCE, YOU HAVE THE CONTRACTOR PICK IT UP AND MOVE IT BACK TO WHERE IT NEEDS TO BE.
WE CAN'T ACHIEVE FINISHED GRADES OUT HERE WITHOUT EVERY YARD OF DIRT THAT WE EXCAVATE.
