IF WE KEPT AT THE THREE YEARS, THE NUMBERS BECOME EVEN 108,000 WE WOULD HAVE SPENT OVERALL LEAVING ONLY 9,600 LEFT TO HAVE REACHED THE PURCHASE PRICE.

CERTAINLY, I BELIEVE WE'LL KEEP IT, AGAIN, THE TWO YEARS IF NOT THREE, IF NOT EVEN MORE THAN THREE.

AND THE BUILDING ITSELF, I THINK IS CERTAINLY MOVABLE.

FIRST, IF WE EVER HAD BUILT ANOTHER BUILDING, WE'RE GOING TO NEED SPACE FOR PEOPLE TO BE IN TEMPORARY PLACE OR WHAT HAVE YOU OR A PLACE TO USE IT, BUT WHATEVER, IT'S A GOOD SPACE, AND I THINK THAT IT'S MOVABLE TO ANY NUMBER OF LOCATIONS.

IT CAN BE USED FOR STORAGE, IT COULD BE USED FOR ALTERNATE SITE, IT COULD BE USED FOR A LOT, BUT THE AMOUNT THAT WE'RE GOING TO SPEND OVER AT LEAST THREE YEARS BASICALLY GIVES IT TO US FREE AT THE END.

AT THE VERY END I ASKED CHIEF PRICE TODAY WHAT WE WOULD HAVE TO TAKE OVER BECAUSE THE BUILDING IS BEING LEASED, MEANING WHAT IS THE COMPANY ACTUALLY DOING.

SO BASICALLY IS THE LIGHT BULBS IN THE PLACE, WE'D HAVE TO START DOING THAT OURSELVES.

IF A CEILING TILE OR SOMETHING OF THAT NATURE NEEDS TO BE REPLACED, WE'D HAVE TO DO IT, BUT ONE COSTLY ITEM WHICH COULD BE COSTLY IS THE AIR CONDITIONING UNITS.

WE WOULD THEN BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE AIR CONDITIONING UNITS.

SO MINUS THAT, PRETTY MUCH EVERYTHING ELSE IS SOMEWHAT IMMATERIAL.

WHEN WE DO GET IT, I'D LIKE TO PUT IT AS SOON AS WE CAN.

THEN THE AGENDA BECAUSE THE SOONER THAT IF WE VOTE TO PURCHASE THE SOONER, THE BETTER.

I THINK IT MAKES SENSE THAT WE NOT RENEW THIS LEASE, THAT WE RATHER PURCHASE IT AND CONSIDER THAT AN ASSET.

WE HAVE A PUMP STATION AND WE'VE TALKED SEVERAL TIMES ABOUT HAVING A BUILDING AT THE PUMP STATION, BUT WE'VE NEVER TALKED AS A GROUP ABOUT IT.

SO THIS IS OUR CHANCE TO TALK ABOUT IT AND SEE WHAT IT IS WE WANT IF WE WANT AND WHAT WE WANT TO DO.

WHOEVER WANTS TO START.

[BACKGROUND] WHAT WE HAVE HERE, THERE'S BEEN A COUPLE OF DIFFERENT ITERATIONS OF THIS.

THIS IS BASICALLY JUST A VERY HIGH LEVEL CONCEPTUAL DESIGN THAT MYSELF AND MR. MACHADO HAVE COME UP WITH FOR THE PUBLIC WORKS BUILDING.

I'M TRYING TO PULL IT UP HERE A LITTLE BIT.

THERE WE GO. AGAIN, THIS IS A VERY HIGH LEVEL.

STILL EVERYTHING CAN BE ADJUSTED.

THERE'S NOTHING SET IN STONE ON THIS.

THIS WAS JUST GIVING US AN IDEA OF WHERE STUFF COULD GO, HOW STUFF WOULD BE LAID OUT, STUFF LIKE THAT WITHIN THE BUILDING.

ONE OF THE MAIN THINGS WHAT WE WANTED TO DO WAS GET SOME DRIVE-THROUGH BAYS SO WE COULD DRIVE THROUGH THE EQUIPMENT, LOAD STUFF UP.

IT'S A LOT EASIER TO GET EQUIPMENT IN AND OUT WHEN WE CAN JUST DRIVE IT THROUGH SOMETIMES, AND ESPECIALLY IF WE HAVE TRAILERS, PULL THOSE TRAILERS THROUGH, GET THAT STUFF DONE, THAT'S WHAT THIS WOULD BE.

THEN WE COULD STORE SOME OF THE HEAVY EQUIPMENT LIKE THE VAC TRUCK AND OTHER THINGS IN HERE DURING THE WINTERTIME, INSTEAD OF HAVING TO MAKE ROOM OVER AT THE FIRE STATION AND DO THE LITTLE DANCE THAT WE HAVE TO DO WITH THE EQUIPMENT ON WINTER TIME, AND STUFF LIKE THAT.

THEN OVER HERE ON THE BOTTOM AREA, WE WOULD HAVE A LITTLE SHOP AREA, AND THEN WE'D ALSO HAVE LIKE AN AREA TO STORE ADDITIONAL METERS AND STUFF LIKE THAT.

CURRENTLY, WE JUST DON'T HAVE MUCH ROOM TO STORE METERS AND ALL THAT STUFF.

WE'RE VERY LIMITED ON THE AMOUNT OF STUFF WE CAN ORDER AND ALL OF THAT.

THEN WITHIN THE BUILDING ITSELF, THIS IS ALL STILL UP FOR PLAY HERE, WE'D LIKE TO GET A SCADA ROOM SET UP WITHIN ONE OF THESE OFFICES HERE.

THAT WAY, WE CAN ACTUALLY MONITOR AND HAVE A SECURITY SYSTEM.
