I SHOULD HAVE PUT THIS NUMBER ONE PRIORITIZE A NEW BUILDING FOR THE POLICE DEPARTMENT, CONSISTENT IN DESIGN AND AMENITIES AS PROVIDED FOR THE FIRE DEPARTMENT. DEFER BUILD OUT OF ANY NEW SPACE UNTIL AFTER THE POLICE DEPARTMENT IS ADDRESSED. REPAIR, NOT REPLACE THE CURRENT CITY HALL. THE CURRENT BUILDING MAY BE SHOWING ITS AGE, BUT IT IS NOT BEEN DEMONSTRATED TO BE STRUCTURALLY UNSAFE. AND YES, THERE IS A STRAGGLING TYPO AT THE END OF THAT WORD, THAT PHRASE.
